Book service online

Why we collect $75

The $75 service call includes the visit, diagnosis, and diagnostic findings documented in your invoice. Paying when booking reserves a real appointment and discourages false bookings.

The $75 is applied once toward your approved service total, including repair or maintenance. It is not added on top. No additional work or charges are authorized by booking alone.

Cancellation and refund

Cancel by email at least 24 hours before the start of your confirmed arrival window to receive a full refund of the online payment.

Refunds are not automatic. Email [email protected] to request a refund, including your name, appointment date, service address, and reason for the request. You can include the refund request in your cancellation email.

Except when we miss your arrival window or cannot provide the visit as described below, the $75 payment is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours before the window or the technician attends the appointment.

No-show, access and excluded equipment

When the technician arrives within the confirmed window, the $75 payment is non-refundable if the customer is unavailable; safe, reasonable access is not provided; a gate or other property restriction prevents access and the customer does not respond or help; or the appointment is for equipment we do not service.

Equipment we do not service: window air conditioners, portable air conditioners, portable heaters, water heaters.

Our arrival commitment

We commit to arriving within your confirmed two-hour arrival window. If our technician misses that window, or Better Call Dima cancels or fails to provide the visit, we refund the service-call payment in full. The window is for arrival, not completion of the work.
